Duties include preparing examination and treatment rooms, reviewing the appointment schedule, performing basic and routine vision screening examinations, administering eye medications, cleaning and maintaining ophthalmic instruments, and assisting physicians during minor surgical procedures.High School diploma or GED requiredBasic Life Support Certification required or must obtain BLS Certification within 6 months of employment dateApplicants must have one or more of the following qualifications: Minimum of one year experience in an eye practice. Minimum of one year experience as a Medical Assistant.
