Administrative Coordinator – Service & QualityLocation: Camden, NJPay: $25.00–$30.00/hrAssignment Length: 1-Year Temporary AssignmentSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMJob Summary:Our Client in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support their Service and Quality department. This is a one-year temporary opportunity paying $25–$30/hr, depending on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and financial coordination support while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across departmental processes.Duties would include but are not limited to:Provide administrative support across the Service and Quality departmentManage invoice intake, assessment, coding, processing, and confirmationCoordinate department G&A and Capital budget tracking and accounting using Inspyrus and related systemsCoordinate New Vendor Packet processing with AccountingPrepare invoices for distributor partners and receive and document payment informationFacilitate reproduction service requests, including printing and business cardsProcess export requests and maintain required recordsProcess claims for retailer technical training travel reimbursementsAdminister no-show fee billingSchedule and coordinate internal and external meetings using SOA TravelCreate, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for department workflowsEnsure process continuity, accuracy, and consistency across all administrative functionsRequirements:Excellent professional and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including Service and Quality teams, Accounting, and external vendorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing workloadsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience coordinating billing, invoicing, and administrative processesPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Inspyrus and Oracle financial systems for billing and budgetingFamiliarity with Export / Import compliance guidelinesInterested?
