They offer a collaborative environment where growth, development, and meaningful client relationships are valued.They are seeking a Client Service Representative II / Paraplanner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization and problem-solving, and wants to play an important role in supporting both clients and advisors.This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial planning while building experience and developing professionally within a growing advisory team.What You'll DoClient Support & Financial PlanningMaintain and manage client financial information, ensuring CRM and financial systems remain accurate and currentAssist in preparing financial plans, reviews, investment analysis, and planning scenariosGather and organize client information needed for financial, investment, and tax planningSupport advisors with investment allocation research and market updatesServe as a primary point of contact for client maintenance requests including distributions, account changes, tax withholding requests, and related service needsAssist with the implementation of financial plans and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on timeTeam & Operational SupportParticipate in team planning meetings and communicate progress on assignments and prioritiesSupport marketing initiatives, client appreciation events, newsletters, and prospecting activitiesContribute ideas and process improvements that strengthen efficiency and client experienceHelp maintain a collaborative, team-first environment focused on excellent serviceQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred2–3 years of experience within a financial planning or wealth management environmentPrevious Client Service Representative (CSR), Paraplanner, or similar financial services support experience preferredLicensingSeries 6 or 7Series 63 or 66Life & Health license a plusMust have the ability and motivation to obtain licensing within 3-5 months if not currently heldSkillsStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organization and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesComfortable learning new systems and technologyExperience with CRM systems (Redtail experience is a plus)Strong attention to detail and follow-throughWe're seeking someone who:Takes initiative and enjoys ownershipBrings a positive, team-oriented mindsetValues collaboration and strong relationshipsThrives in a growing, evolving environmentWants to continue learning and developing professionally
