As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team and grow with us.About the RoleThe Account Manager will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and learning all aspects of the sales process within the food manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for a candidate who has a background in CPG sales and is eager to build a rewarding career in sales, customer development, and account management. You’ll receive hands-on training in product knowledge, pricing, forecasting, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, R&D, and marketing.ResponsibilitiesManage existing customer accounts and ensuring service excellence.Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pricing materials for customer meetings.Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail and foodservice partners.Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and quality teams to meet customer needs.Analyze market data, customer trends, and competitive activity to support business strategy.Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and internal sales reviews as needed.Maintain CRM data accuracy and support administrative aspects of sales operations. QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Consistently exercises honesty, discretion, and thoughtful consideration in communication and work.3+ years of related experience in the CPG industry, preferably in food, beverage, or retail. Preferred SkillsPassion for the food and consumer packaged goods industry and an interest in developing a long-term sales career.
