This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a psychiatrist who wants to help build a best-in-class interventional psychiatry practice from the ground up.HOPE West Palm Beach operates as a cash-pay practice, giving our clinical team greater ability to focus on patient care, treatment planning, and outcomes in a highly personalized setting. The right candidate is an excellent clinician, a strong collaborator, and energized by the opportunity to help shape a new clinic from day one.This role is ideal for a psychiatrist ready to take on meaningful leadership responsibility while growing with the clinic and broader organization.What You’ll DoServe as a senior clinical leader for HOPE West Palm Beach, helping set the standard for psychiatric care, treatment protocols, and clinical qualityConduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing management for complex, treatment-resistant patientsGuide patient selection and clinical pathways for TMS, IV ketamine, and SPRAVATO®Supervise and collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and infusion staffMaintain high clinical documentation standards to support patient safety, outcomes tracking, and compliancePartner with the Medical Director and operations leadership on clinic launch, workflows, and scalingRepresent HOPE Therapeutics in the West Palm Beach market with referring providers, health systems, and the broader psychiatric communityQualificationsMD or DO with board certification in PsychiatryActive Florida medical license, or ability to obtain oneActive DEA registration and Florida controlled substance licenseExperience in outpatient psychiatric practiceInterest in or experience with interventional psychiatry, including TMS, ketamine, and SPRAVATO®, strongly preferredPrior supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferredCompensationCompetitive and negotiable based on experience, schedule, and scope.HOPE Therapeutics is an equal opportunity employer.
