DescriptionSummaryThe Consumer Experience Representative is Keter’s voice to the consumers who reach out for support.In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity toResolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone, webform, and email, while updating internal systems Utilize Sales Force to manage casesBecome a product expert Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer’s inquiryDeliver superior customer service through first call resolutionUse strong time management and organizational skills to meet goalsDe-escalate upset customers by solving their problemsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong communication, both written and verbalPunctual attendance De-escalation skills A patient and empathetic attitude Experience using computer and phone in fast-paced environmentPositive mindset “Customer First” and resolution-focus for every interactionAttention to detail Customer service and call center experience preferred but not expectedDesire for growth and development with a growing company
