Installer Apprentice (Training Provided) – Radon Mitigation (Philadelphia) Philadelphia, PA (North / Northeast preferred) Pay: $18–$21/hr based on experience Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM start Read This First This is a physically demanding job. You’ll be working in basements, crawlspaces, and tight spaces. Some days are dirty. Some days are challenging. If you’re looking for something easy or temporary, this is not for you. What You’ll Be Doing Assist in installing radon mitigation systems in residential homes Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Drill, run PVC piping, seal systems, and assist with basic electrical work Work in basements, crawlspaces, and attics Drive the company van daily to and from job sites (required) Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized Support the lead technician and follow instructions This Job Is NOT For You If You struggle to show up on time You don’t like physical work You need constant motivation to do your job You quit when things get uncomfortable You’re just looking for any job to get by This Job IS For You If You show up on time and take responsibility You’re willing to learn and be trained You take pride in doing things the right way You want to build a skill and grow over time You’re looking for steady, long-term work Requirements Valid driver’s license (required) Ability to be insured on a company vehicle and drive daily Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor Spanish/English bilingual preferred Basic mechanical or construction experience is a plus (not required) Mechanical or construction experience is a plus Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Growth Opportunity This is an entry point into a skilled trade. With training and consistency, the right person can grow into a Radon Mitigation Technician within 3–6 months and increase their pay over time.
