We work across customer-facing digital experiences and internal operations, with an emphasis on thoughtful engineering, security, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.The opportunityWe are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join us for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a remote, U.S.-based, unpaid educational internship/co-op. The schedule can be coordinated around academic commitments, with regular collaboration during U.S. Central Time business hours. Candidates may pursue academic credit through their institution where available; Radius Lab does not guarantee credit.You will work with engineers and designers on scoped, supervised projects that contribute to real web and internal systems while building practical experience across modern product development.What you will work on• Build and improve user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and Next.js• Support Node.js services, REST APIs, SQL-backed features, background jobs, and third-party integrations• Write tests, investigate defects, and participate in code review• Help document technical decisions, workflows, and implementation details• Learn how Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Azure, and Azure OpenAI can support secure business workflows• Apply accessibility, privacy, security, and maintainability practices throughout the development lifecycle• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across engineering, design, strategy, and client deliveryWhat we are looking for• Currently pursuing a degree or structured training in computer science, software engineering, or a related field• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and foundational web-development concepts• Familiarity with React, Node.js, APIs, databases, Git, or automated testing through coursework or personal projects• Curiosity about AI-assisted applications, automation, and cloud platforms• Clear written communication, dependable follow-through, and comfort asking questions• Ability to work remotely in the United States and participate in agreed Central Time collaboration hoursWhat you will gain• Mentorship and structured feedback from experienced practitioners• Experience shipping scoped features in a modern TypeScript stack• Exposure to production-minded engineering, AI workflows, cloud integrations, accessibility, and privacy• Portfolio-ready work where client confidentiality permitsImportant compensation disclosureThis Fall 2026 internship/co-op is unpaid.
