Production Line Lead

Job Description Line LeadWe are seeking a hands-on Line Lead to support daily production activities in a fast-paced warehouse/customization environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production line operations, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity across the line.Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day production line activitiesOversee temporary staff and support training of new employeesAssist with labeling, packing, and casing of productsMaintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and line efficiencyComplete required paperwork and production recordsCommunicate production issues and improvement opportunities to leadershipEnsure team compliance with PPE, GMP, and safety proceduresSupport problem-solving related to labor, packing, and machine issuesWork overtime as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED required1+ year of production experience preferredStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
