Position SummaryAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll apply your hands-on expertise to keep our equipment, systems, and production environment running smoothly and safely. What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including control systems Assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts Weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure all maintenance work meets OSHA and safety standards Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope RequirementsMinimum QualificationsAt least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field Working knowledge of electrical systems and welding Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused attitude Valid driver's license Preferred:High School Diploma or GED Physical RequirementsRegular standing, walking, and use of hands in repetitive motions Frequent reaching above shoulder level Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying noise levels Work environments ranging from 35° to 95°+ Fahrenheit Work EnvironmentAbility to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts Temperature ranges vary depending on the department BenefitsBenefitsEligible employees receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Paid holidays Paid time off (10 days) Paid parental leave State-mandated sick time where applicable Equal Opportunity EmployerSigma is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of age, race, color, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetics, marital status, or any protected characteristic.
