In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex global supply chain operations and cutting-edge enterprise technology, driving strategic improvements across a multi-site manufacturing landscape.As a key player in the Plan to Make COE, you will leverage advanced platforms like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, and Kinaxis Maestro to optimize human healthcare delivery on a global scale. This is your chance to lead complex system implementations that have a direct, tangible effect on patient lives.The Role Partner directly with Global Supply Chain leadership to identify, design, and implement advanced business processes and best practices. Lead the functional configuration and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Integrated Business Planning tools. Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions, from gathering detailed requirements to managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases. Act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers to translate complex supply chain needs into scalable technical designs. Collaborate with the Reporting and Analytics COE to define KPIs and data-driven insights that improve manufacturing efficiency.What You'll Need 8–12 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or Business Systems, preferably within a regulated MedTech or Pharma environment. Deep hands-on expertise with Enterprise Integrated Business Planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis Maestro, or Oracle EBS). Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EBS implementations and a strong grasp of functional areas like Procurement, Order Management, and Logistics. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site project portfolios using Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies. A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, or Supply Chain; professional certifications like APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or PMP are highly preferred.What's On Offer Highly competitive salary ($114k - $178k) with performance-based bonus eligibility.
