We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work at either Mt. Kisco Honda or Acura of Bedford Hills, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our sales team, leveraging your sales expertise to help customers choose the right vehicle and delivering an outstanding buying experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide information about available models, features, and options. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing for both Honda and Acura models. Provide detailed information to customers. Demonstration: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles. Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including product selection, negotiation, financing options, and completing sales paperwork. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed established sales targets and objectives. Follow-up: Maintain contact with potential customers to nurture leads and build lasting relationships. Qualifications: Will train the right candidate. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
