The client is an exciting agency creating experiences from live events to activations with leading brands and talent across lifestyle, entertainment and tech.The RoleThe Executive Producer will be responsible for managing all production for events and experiential from ideation to execution.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to brief, ideation and event delivery. You will be working across a multitude of projects at the same timeClient relationship management and communicationsDay to day management of a team of staff. Must ensure all staff adhere to company culture, values and deliver to the highest levelManaging project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets and supplier contractsManaging project budgets and reporting to ensure financial profitability and value for clientsContracting and managing suppliers including venues, audio visual, catering and technical staffParticipating in the creative ideation process to brainstorm conceptsConducting site inspections and client presentationsEnsuring the highest level of service to all clientsReports into the VP of Production.This Job is Ideal for Someone who hasAgency experience required, preferably as a Senior or Executive ProducerProven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyStrong project management skillsStrong staff management experienceStrong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for resultsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environmentExcellent computer skillsExperience managing and writing Client briefsProven experience managing large event production budgetsExcellent time management and problem solving skillsFlexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional eventsA thorough understanding of permitting standards and procurementAbility to work independently and efficiently remotely. This role will be remote to start and eventually will return to office once permitted.The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for eventsLocal and interstate travel may be requiredBachelor's Degree preferredThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations.
