This role works closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain process stability and support continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll DoSupport the development and execution of manufacturing processesMonitor process variables and equipment performance to maintain process stabilityAssist with process troubleshooting and corrective actionsHelp create, review, and follow SOPs and work instructionsCollaborate with engineers on new process and product improvementsSupport operator and quality technician training effortsParticipate in continuous improvement and research initiatives focused on manufacturing capabilitiesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma required; Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentExperience troubleshooting process-related issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and work in a manufacturing environmentOccasional evening, weekend, and up to 10% travel may be requiredWork EnvironmentYou’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily.
