Responsibilities Perform regular building and equipment inspections to spot any needed maintenance. Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure. Quickly troubleshoot and fix problems to reduce interruptions. Keep precise records of all maintenance work and repairs carried out. Support facility improvements and renovations as necessary. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to safety regulations and keeping the workspace tidy. Work with team members to improve overall facility operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent; a technical certificate in maintenance or a similar field is desirable. Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable role. Comprehensive understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and blueprints. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Flexibility to work various hours, which may include weekends and on-call rotations.
