Web Developer

*Position Summary* Bellatrix is seeking a Web Developer to support a Department of Defense command's public affairs office by developing, maintaining, and updating web and digital content platforms used to keep the public and the force informed of organizational activities. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and maintain public-facing and internal websites/digital platforms. * Update web content in coordination with public affairs staff to support media engagement and internal information programs. * Ensure web content complies with DoD/Army web policy, accessibility, and security requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality and content-management issues. * Support digital media production for public affairs campaigns and outreach efforts. * Coordinate with IT/network security personnel on web hosting, access, and compliance matters. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. * 3+ years of experience in web development/content management, preferably supporting a government or military public affairs function. * Proficiency with web content management systems, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and DoD web publishing standards. * Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility and DoD web security requirements. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with public affairs and communications staff. _\*Exempt status under the FLSA Computer Professional exemption is contingent on the role meeting the applicable duties and salary-basis tests at the time of hire._ *About Bellatrix* Bellatrix is a professional services company supporting U.S. federal government clients with staff augmentation, program management, logistics, intelligence support, and administrative solutions.
