The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and investment operations, along with the ability to translate business needs into product specifications and intuitive UX designs.Candidates with FinTech SaaS product experience and exposure to alternative investments will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed product specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders to design user-centric UX workflows and wireframesWork closely with engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product featuresUnderstand and map investment workflows, including:Portfolio ManagementTrade Order ManagementCashflow & Investment OperationsAnalyze and improve end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (equities, bonds, and other instruments)Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritizationPerform data analysis to support business decisions and product enhancementsAct as a bridge between business users and technical teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product ManagementStrong domain knowledge in Asset Management / Institutional Investment ManagementSolid understanding of:Equities, Fixed Income (Bonds), Trade LifecycleInvestment operations and workflowsExperience in writing:Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)User Stories, Functional SpecsExposure to UX design / workflow designHands-on experience with data analysis tools such as:SQL / Python / R / ExcelStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
