Overview As a Senior Java Developer at USM, you will help lead Holiday initiatives across multiple teams, driving analysis and implementing measurable, non-disruptive changes. You will work independently to uncover learnings and share them with the team to improve future outcomes. The role combines software engineering at large scale with collaboration across cross-functional groups to support state and government IT needs. You will engage in performance analysis, capacity planning, and tuning to ensure robust, scalable Java systems.
