The program is designed as a pipeline to a permanent position, not a temporary role.What You'll DoDuring the first five months, you'll spend one month in each of our core production departments: Pre-Press Learn file preparation, proofing, and plate-making workflows. Digital Printing Work with digital presses on short-run and variable data projects. Offset Printing Learn traditional offset press operations, color management, and quality control. Bindery Master cutting, folding, die-cutting, stitching, and other finishing operations. Shipping & Warehousing Understand inventory, packing, and fulfillment.In the final 7 months, you'll specialize spending 3.5 months each in two departments where your skills and interests best match our business needs. By the end, you'll be ready to step into a permanent production role.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for curious, reliable, hands-on learners who want to build a long-term career in production. You do not need prior print or manufacturing experience.
