The firm has a significant presence in private equity, managing a large pool of capital across fund commitments, co-investments, and other alternative strategies. With a long-standing track record and global footprint, the platform offers exposure to a diverse set of institutional investors and investment opportunities.Opportunity: Our client is seeking an Associate to join its private equity platform in Dallas. The role provides exposure across both primary fund investments and direct co-investments, offering a well-rounded experience within private markets. The Associate will work closely with senior team members in a fast-paced environment, contributing to diligence, execution, and portfolio management while gaining broad visibility across strategies.Responsibilities:Conduct due diligence on primary fund commitments and direct co-investment opportunitiesPerform detailed analysis of companies, industries, and private equity portfoliosAssist in the preparation of investment committee materials and diligence documentationMonitor existing investments through ongoing interaction with fund managers, review of financials, and portfolio analysisParticipate in annual meetings and maintain coverage of GP relationshipsSupport fundraising efforts, marketing materials, and client-related requestsContribute to special projects, including product development and asset allocation analysisQualifications:2–3 years of experience in investment banking or asset management from a top-tier platformStrong academic background with demonstrated quantitative abilityExcellent analytical, financial modeling, and research skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearlyHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsProactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesAuthorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
