Senior Network Manager We are partnering with a leading global technology organization at the forefront of innovation within the electronics and semiconductor ecosystem to hire an Enterprise Network Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide network security strategy, architecture, and operations across a complex, global environment.This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in large-scale environments and is passionate about modernizing network security through Zero Trust and SASE frameworks.The RoleAs Enterprise Network Manager, you will own and lead network security initiatives across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will act as a key technical authority while managing a distributed team of engineers and partnering closely with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibility, requiring someone who can both architect solutions and guide teams through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise network security architecture, design, and deployment across global environmentsDrive implementation of SASE and Zero Trust strategies, aligning security with user experience and business needsOversee technologies including next-generation firewalls, secure remote access, VPNs, and threat preventionManage and optimize solutions across Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma) and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)Ensure secure integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applicationsOwn day-to-day network security operations including incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementLead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team of network/security engineersPartner with internal stakeholders and leadership, translating technical concepts into business impactDrive vendor engagement, project delivery, and prioritization across multiple initiativesWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in networking and network security, with leadership experience managing teamsStrong hands-on expertise with: Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, Threat Prevention), Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA; ZDX a plus), Routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP)Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environmentsExperience designing and implementing Zero Trust and/or SASE architecturesStrong understanding of cloud networking and hybrid environmentsNice to Have:Experience with SD-WAN solutionsCertifications (PCNSE, CCNP, CISSP, Zscaler)Background in regulated or complex global organizations
