Programmers.io is currently looking for a Program ManagerOnsite role in Austin, Texas, United StatesFULL Time Role (PERMANENT)Required QualificationsProven experience in program management, managing large‑scale A/B testing, digital optimization and experimentation programs at scale using Adobe Target.Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, MVT, and dynamic optimization concepts.Experience working across web, email, and digital marketing channels.Experimentation roadmap and execution planTest intake, prioritization, and specification documentsDemonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs in a global environment.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Ongoing program status reports and stakeholder updatesGovernance standards, workflows, and best‑practice guidelines Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise experimentation platforms (web, email, or personalization tools).Background in digital marketing, product optimization, or data‑driven decision‑making.Familiarity with agile delivery models and experimentation‑driven product teams.Ability to translate analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations.If you are interested, please apply or feel free to share your updated resume at anas.khan@programmers.io
