Our mission is to deliver impactful solutions that help our partners navigate the complexities of politics and public policy with confidence.Role DescriptionThis is a contract position for a hybrid Political Outreach Director role based in the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville Area, offering flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Political Outreach Director will oversee strategic outreach initiatives, build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, organize events, and develop effective communication strategies. Key responsibilities include managing outreach campaigns, budgeting for outreach programs, performing research, and providing strategic direction to strengthen advocacy efforts for clients.QualificationsStrong Communication and Community Outreach skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and represent client interests.Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Budgeting to oversee outreach initiatives and allocate resources efficiently.Experience in Research to identify and analyze relevant data to inform campaign and outreach strategies.Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.Proven leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.Education in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (Associates of Bachelors Degree).Familiarity with political campaigns, grassroots organizing, or policy advising is a plus.Experience in political campaigns or related fields is preferredWillingness to learn new laws, statutes, and other legal facets of the state in which our campaigns are locatedDisclaimerParadigm Consulting is a new firm established in March 2025.
