Oversee ground-up construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring seamless integration of design, construction, and operational phases.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously across various markets will be critical to success.Champion the career development of your large, distributed team, providing mentorship, guidance, and growth opportunities to support their professional advancement across different locations and specializations.Foster a sense of inclusivity and belonging, creating a diverse and supportive environment that celebrates different perspectives and enables everyone to thrive, regardless of their geographic location or role within the portfolio.Embrace an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change across all aspects of portfolio management and construction delivery.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field (such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management)Proven experience in a senior leadership role, directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industryDemonstrated experience managing geographically distributed portfolios across multiple markets, property types, and client accountsProven track record of successfully leading and developing large teams (20+ professionals) across diverse locations and functional areasExtensive ground-up construction experience, including oversight of multiple new construction projects from pre-development through turnover and occupancyStrong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of qualityExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team across multiple locationsStrategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into action plans and manage competing priorities across a broad portfolioOutstanding client relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple accounts simultaneouslyDemonstrated knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends, including construction codes, permitting processes, and building systemsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a related fieldProfessional certifications (such as PMP, CCM, LEED, or DBIA)Experience in a global or multi-office environment with responsibility for coordinating across international boundariesKnowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management and construction deliveryProven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities across multiple marketsExperience with Design-Build, CM at Risk, or other alternative delivery methodsTrack record of successfully scaling teams and operations across expanding portfoliosVisa SponsorshipThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
