Willing to obtain allowed for NRP.Certifications NBRC (RRT) or NBRC (CRT)Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Pediatric ICU in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment NIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.Skills Assessment PIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.Additional Confirmations I confirm that I have not worked one year or more on assignment with this health system within the past two yearsAdditional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 3 experienceAdditional Confirmations Assisting with intubation is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with aerogen, Volara, cough assist, IPV, NAVA, Hamilton and Servo ventilators, airway management, and intrahospital transport is required.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a PICU and/or Level III or greater NICU.
