Job Description **Behavior Technician (BT)****About the Role**We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide direct, one-on-one support to clients. This position does not include Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision.**Key Responsibilities**Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as developed by the client's Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Supported Living Services AssessmentCollect accurate and consistent data on client progress and behaviorMaintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their familiesCommunicate observations and progress updates to your supervisorAdhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all timesParticipate in team meetings and required training sessions**Requirements**Valid Behavior Technician (BT) certification requiredExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or related conditions preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to implement behavioral strategies consistently and effectively**What You Need to Apply**Be 21+ years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent (Required)Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's LicenseMust pass a background checkPrevious experience in human services is a plusIf you know American Sign Language , let us know!
