PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Occupational TherapistDiscipline: TherapyDuration: 12 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hoursEmployment Type: TravelJob Summary: Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician's orders.Job Responsibilities:-Consistently performs initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests/measures, identifies impairments and functional limitations.-Establishes initial plan of treatment in conjunction with the patient/caregiver.-Promptly selects and administers treatment strategies based on current physician orders and established treatment plans.-Correctly and consistently identifies functional improvement and goal attainment on a regular basis, supported by documented subjective and objective changes.-Promptly updates treatment plans and goals per department standards.-Consistently completes documentation following department standard and timeframes.-Documentation reflects skilled intervention and supports therapeutic interventions as reasonable and necessary.-Continually works to achieve productivity per department standards and completes job duties in an efficient and effective manner.-Takes initiative to use non-productive time to benefit the department as a whole.-Home Health Care: Consistently complies with applicable rules and regulations.
