Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Night Shift LeadThe Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing the receiving and shipping. This role requires strong computer skills for inventory management using Excel. Additional duties include picking and packing orders. Responsibilities: Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Populate electronic components and install cabling Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition of materials. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site. Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems. Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Delegate tasks and communicate effectively to execute the responsibilities above. Essential Skills: Computer skills in Excel and Word. Experience with inventory management. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and safety. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Computer literacy is beneficial. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime necessary based on workload. Breakfast and lunch are provided free of charge. Reliable transportation is required. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
