You'll oversee a comprehensive program offering outpatient mental health and substance use services. This role involves managing a team, maintaining a caseload, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the program team, including Care Managers and Peer Specialists. Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure service targets are met. Develop outreach strategies to enhance enrollment and retention. Collaborate with external partners for integrated service delivery. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Master CASAC preferred; Advanced CASAC considered. Minimum 5 years of experience in SUD/COD treatment settings. Experience in clinical management and team leadership. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record in meeting compliance standards.
