Plant Finance ManagerFranklin, WI (Onsite | Potential 1 day remote/week)$120,000 – $165,000 + ~6% annual bonusAbout the OpportunityA well-established, global manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to support a key production facility. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with plant leadership to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and influence strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planningAnalyze financial performance vs. forecast and provide actionable insightsPrepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to leadershipTranslate financial data into clear business recommendationsPlant & Operational FinanceOversee cost accounting across labor, materials, inventory, and overheadMonitor key plant metrics: headcount costs, scrap, production efficiency, and inventorySupport product costing, margin analysis, and standard cost updatesPartner with operations to track daily/weekly performance and drive improvementsBusiness PartnershipAct as a strategic advisor to the Plant Manager and site leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and accountingSupport capital investment analysis (ROI, payback, etc.)Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years of finance/accounting experience2+ years in a manufacturing or plant environment (required)Strong expertise in forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysisExperience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)Advanced Excel skills; strong business communication abilitiesKnowledge of inventory, cost accounting, and plant operationsPreferred:CPA, CMA, or MBAExperience supporting plant leadership or operations teams
