This role combines program management discipline with deep operational expertise in new product launch (NPI) and manufacturing footprint relocations: to drive efficiency, cost savings, and sustainable improvements. The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and change leadership in dynamic environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new product launch (NPI) and product relocation onshoring to greenfield sites under compressed timelines.
