BOH Team Member Description
To love our guests like family by serving up great tasting and great looking food. You'll be responsible for your assigned prep work and cook's station, while you maintain our high standards for product presentation, product quality and cook times. You'll learn to prepare all menu items to our recipes, and specfications and as a member of the kitchen team you will work in and be cross-trained in all kitchen department roles.
BOH Team Member Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items according to Shiloh's recipes, plate presentations and specifications
Complete all assigned prep work
Set up work station according to station diagram
Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times
Clean and Sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
Engage with fellow employees (both BOH and FOH) with positive attitude.
Knowledge of the menu with the ability to read tickets and prepare food with specail prep requests
Perform opening/closing duties as assigned
