Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety protocols Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and professionalism Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable reservations is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this position Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights guests and drives our restaurant’s success!
