The Content Creator Contracted Position gives you all of the perks of being creative without the hassle of backend management of freelancing, inconsistent income, or trying to make it on your own.[EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE CONTRACTED POSITION]👉 What We're Looking For:High-energy, talented, brand photographers with excellent people skills and a strong work ethicProblem solvers/solution-oriented individualsA dense and diverse photography portfolioExperience shooting/working with clients👉 You must complete the unpaid onboarding and become certified in the WorkPlay Method:2-week online onboarding to learn our backend systems + assignments & exercises.2-day virtual training retreat2 shadow shoots with a WorkPlay Lead Photographer (Accommodations paid for by WorkPlay, if overnight) 👉 WorkPlay Shoots last 7 hours not including any travel time that may be necessary. You must be physically able to keep up while walking, hiking, and being on your feet all day: WorkPlay Client shoots typically last from 10am-5pmTravel shoots are not unheard of in our program so you must be okay with traveling to shoot content.Being a fast & proactive learner is necessary in order to have success.👉 You're a part of a team now! You no longer have to worry about editing or sorting your shoots, we take care of everything!We have an editing & sorting team to alleviate any post-photoshoot time commitmentsAll you have to do is show up, be creative & shoot!Must be a proactive communicator and willing + able to work with others on the team👉 WorkPlay shoots happen all over the country. A love for travel and photography is a MUST.In one given week you could be in 3 different citiesExperience in traveling and love for traveling is HIGHLY recommended.Must be proactive & solution orientation with typical travel responsibilities & issues that may occur while travelingA passport is not required but HIGHLY recommended to be considered for out-of-country shoots.👉 Because of the travel requirements & nature of WorkPlay shoots. Applicants of this position MUST be 18 years or older (21+ is preferred by our team because of certain travel restrictions).Must be a legal adult in order to be on WorkPlay Shoots with WorkPlay membersMust be mature and used to being around adults & business owners👉 Perks of Joining WorkPlay's Team of Contractors: Choose Your Schedule!
