Title: SAP Ariba Implementation Program ManagerLocation: Fully RemoteDuration: 15+ Months Shift & Timing: Regular Business Hours Pay Range: $135+/Hour on W2 (Negotiable) Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead two high-priority enterprise technology programs:SAP Ariba – Procurement & Supplier Management TransformationSAP IBP – Integrated Business Planning & Supply Chain OptimizationThis role is responsible for end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, and management of a Systems Integrator (SI) partner. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP enterprise implementations, a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes, and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a regulated industry environment.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & GovernanceDefine and maintain the overall program roadmap, milestones, and interdependence across both Ariba and IBP workstreams.Establish and lead program governance structures including steering committees, workstream leads, and executive briefings.Develop and manage integrated program plans, risk registers, issue logs, and decision frameworks.Drive alignment across business stakeholders, IT leadership, and the Systems Integrator.Ensure program objectives are aligned to business outcomes, KPIs, and strategic priorities Systems Integrator Management.Serve as the primary client’s interface to the SI partner across both programs.Manage SI contracts, SOW compliance, deliverable quality, and performance against SLAs.Conduct regular SI performance reviews and escalate issues as needed.Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within client’s teams.Oversee SI resource plans and identify gaps or risks related to staffing or skill sets.SAP Ariba Program OversightOversee implementation of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management).Partner with Procurement and Finance leadership to drive process standardization and adoption.Manage change management, training, and go-live readiness activities.Ensure integration design aligns with downstream systems (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, finance systems).SAP IBP Program OversightOversee implementation of SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization).Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leadership to align planning capabilities with business needs.Manage data readiness, master data governance, and integration to manufacturing and logistics systems.Support change management activities including S&OP process redesign and user adoption.Risk, Budget & ReportingOwn program-level budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reportingProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across both programsProvide regular executive-level status reporting with clear insights on scope, schedule, budget, and risksMaintain program documentation and ensure audit-readiness, particularly in support of regulatory and compliance requirementsProgram governance, SI management, SAP Ariba and IBP rollout oversight, risk and budget management, executive reporting, audit readiness.8+ years enterprise program/project management; hands-on SAP Ariba and/or SAP IBP implementation experience; SI management experience; regulated industry exposure.PMP/PgMP/SAFe certification; SAP S/4HANA knowledge; global program experience; change management expertise.If you are not interested in looking at new opportunities at this time I fully understand.
