Physical Therapist - In House Pool

Overview Trinity Senior Services Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our In House Pool healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of physical therapy, including geriatrics, orthopedics, and in and outpatient care. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate recovery through targeted therapeutic interventions. Duties Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and specific rehabilitation goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices. Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare teams. Experience or interest in working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with orthopedic conditions. Ability to develop effective treatment strategies for both outpatient clinic settings and home health environments. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and their families. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently while ensuring high-quality care delivery.
