If you meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Medical Billing Accounts Receivable SeniorAssociate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. This role requires experience in the healthcare industry, a strong understanding of the insurance payer mix, and familiarity with the full claims lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with insurance companies on claim status, underpayments, and denialsResolve denied and underpaid claims promptlyReview and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)Address and correct coding-related denialsUse payer portals (e.g., Availity, Cigna, UHC, Navinet, Emblem) to check claim statusAnalyze AR reports to identify trends and areas for improvementPrepare and present AR reports to managementWork with internal teams to resolve claim issuesAccess EMRs to obtain necessary medical recordsPost insurance payments and handle recoupmentsReconcile client payments monthlyGenerate and send patient statementsQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication skills, especially when working with insurancerepresentativesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivableExperience with Epic EMR preferredBenefitsM&D Capital offers our employees a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, employee assistance plan, paid family leave, short-term disability and life insurance.
