Apply today!Job Title: Non-Technical Project/Program Manager - Knowledge/information managementLocation: 100% RemoteContract duration: 52 Weeks (Extension opportunities will depend on performance, budget, and business needs)Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to gather, organize, and maintain knowledge assets.Review content for accuracy, update outdated information, and remove obsolete content.Establish governance standards and maintain database hygiene.Track knowledge base effectiveness through accuracy, usage, findability, and overall impact metrics.Weekly meetings with leadership to review progress and priorities.Workload will be high initially while information is centralized, with periodic spikes as new products launch or vendor relationships are introduced.Opportunity to build a knowledge management solution from the ground up rather than maintain an existing one.Significant influence over foundational processes, structure, and governance.Ability to make meaningful decisions that impact customer-facing tools and experiences.Visibility across multiple teams and business functions.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Documentation Management, or similar fields.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience with a high school diploma is acceptable.Strong knowledge management architecture experience preferredRenewable energy or EV industry experience is a plus.Additional relevant backgrounds may include telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare environments with complex documentation and customer-support ecosystems.Top 3 SkillsProgram ManagementKnowledge and Information ManagementTechnical communicationBy submitting your application, you acknowledge that recruiting technologies, including AI-assisted tools, may be used to support candidate evaluation, sourcing, matching, and communications.
