As a Registered Nurse in this long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of residents. Your responsibilities will include: Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident conditionCompleting all applicable resident assessmentsAdministering medication while following the 5 RightsPerforming wound care and assessments as neededAssisting CNAs with answering call lightsMonitoring residents for changes in conditionActing as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as neededReporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and AdministratorMaintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate chartingPerforming other duties as requested To be successful in this role, you should have: A two-year degree in nursing (four-year degree preferred)A current Wisconsin Registered Nursing licenseCurrent CPR/BLS certificationNeed 1 year experience in settingExceptional accuracy and attention to detailApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
