SupervisorThe Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Supervisor to work at our SeaTac Steel Mill Services location in Seattle, MI. The Supervisor will be responsible for day to day operations of slag removal and steel mill services and/or slag and scrap processing.BenefitsCompetitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term DisabilityTuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programsStudent Loan Repayment ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramResponsibilitiesThe Supervisor will:Support safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement; regulatory compliance and related trainingEnsure equipment availability through effective and efficient scheduling of equipment maintenance and repairsDevelop, support, coordinate, assign and schedule work for maintenance personnelCoordinate teams to identify process improvements and to develop and document maintenance proceduresDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and operations managementAssist the Operations Manager in developing budgets and business plansReview monthly budget to manage maintenance department costsMonitors product specifications for commercial and state applicationsManages equipment and plant maintenance procedures and costsRuns KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-makingOperate a range of heavy mobile equipment as required, including Water Trucks, Front End Loaders, Excavators, Haul Trucks and DozersPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorSkillsThe ideal candidate will have:Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial or construction environment with supervisory experienceComputer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to understand financial dataAbility to communicate effectively in written and verbal format individually and in group settingsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseTo ApplyPlease submit your resume.
