Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Nashville, TN. Looking for candidates for multiple shifts. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, manage a team to meet production goals, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Moreover, the role involves effective communication, resolving issues, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance managementExperience in Operations and Operations Management with a focus on process improvement and complianceProficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and drive data-based decisionsExcellent Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interactionAbility to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilitiesKnowledge of lean methodologies and familiarity with labor management systems is a plusHigh school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in industrial, logistics, or distribution environments is advantageous
