Dump Truck Driver w/ Class A CDL

Job Description We're seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver to join our excavation company. The right candidate must have experience in dump truck operations & septic installations. We are looking for only those with septic installation experience.Key Responsibilities:Operate dump truck to transport materials within construction site or to and from job sites. Load and unload materials, such as gravel, dirt, or debris, using the dump truck bed or other equipment as neededSupport septic system installations and repairsAssist in miscellaneous jobsTransport equipment and materials to and from job sitesInspect and maintain dump truck, including checking tire pressure and fluid levels, and reporting any issues to supervisorKeep records of materials transported and mileage driven, as required by companyAssist with water line installation projectsSafely load, transport, and unload various construction materialsMaintain vehicle logs and conduct routine equipment inspectionsRequired Qualifications:Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years experience with a clean driving recordExperience working with septic installationsProven experience operating dump trucks and performing safe loading/unloadingKnowledge of construction site safety protocolsReliable transportation and ability to report to job sitesStrong work ethic and team-oriented mindsetExperience as a Heavy Equipment Operator a Plus Company DescriptionMiles of Excavating is a family‐owned company with 25+ years of experience in excavation, septic installation and repair, site development, utilities, and road extensions.
