Key Position Details: Position Type : Permanent Location : Near Huntsville, Ohio Specialty : Pediatrics (Outpatient Only) Work Schedule : Flexible hours with options for extended morning or evening shifts Weekend Requirements : 100% outpatient with light phone call, currently 1:5 Call Requirements : No hospital call, outpatient phone call only Job Highlights: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities : Full-time is preferred, but both options are open for discussion. Patient-Focused Practice : Dedicated to patient access and care, particularly for underserved communities. Supportive Team Environment : Work alongside three experienced Pediatricians, a PA, an NP, a care navigator, social workers, and an onsite Phlebotomist. No Hospital Call : Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with only light phone call duty. Teaching Opportunities : Options available to work with medical students and advanced practice trainees. Patient Volume : Approximately 25+ patients per day in a well-established practice. Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics (Required) Ohio Medical License or willingness to obtain one (Required) Clean Malpractice and License History (Required) Commitment to community health and underserved populations. Open to candidates with a strong interest in practicing at the top of their license.
