Hardware Engineering Program Manager – Android XR / Consumer ElectronicsLocation: Mountain View, CA – OnsiteWe are seeking a hardware engineering program manager to lead end-to-end development of Android XR/AR glasses and consumer electronics hardware from concept through NPI and launch.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional hardware development programs, schedules, milestones, risks, and resources.Drive NPI builds, validation, phase-gate reviews, and product launches.Manage hardware suppliers, manufacturing partners, and prototype builds.Resolve technical, quality, cost, and schedule issues.Partner with engineering, operations, software, and manufacturing teams.Provide program status, risks, and updates to leadership.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.5+ years in Hardware Engineering, Hardware TPM/Program Management, or Product Development.Strong consumer electronics hardware and NPI experience.Experience with mobile, Android, XR/AR/VR, wearables, or connected devices preferred.Strong supplier management, technical communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
