Job Description About the Role:Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Trim Operator I to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency.What You'll Do:Safely and consistently operate process and mechanical equipment such as clicker presses, lathes, ovens, and other equipment as requiredEffectively utilize measuring tools such as scales, calipers, rulers, and other tools as requiredSafely utilize sharp tools such as razor blades, scalpels, scissors, and other tools as requiredAdhere to company policies, standard work procedures, and job safety standards, including required PPESupport preventative maintenance program effortsAccurately input data into the MRP systemProduce products within specifications and production requirementsMaintain product identification and traceabilityWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education0–3 years of job-related experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to use measuring tools and basic computer programsBasic math, computer, and communication skillsComfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneelingMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocolsWork Environment:You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.Schedule:Monday–Friday, full-time.
