To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. This is where our General Managers comes in. You are the face of our brand, the glue that keeps our team whole functioning together, and our customers completely satisfied.Position Overview:As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the Slice N Roll Crew, and manage both FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, we are looking for a General Managers that is the absolute best communicator, go-getter, and self-starter in the service industry.General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:In charge of day to day operations and management of the entire restaurantCreate and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to continually developmentManage all Slice N Roll resources and ensure the business is financially profitable month over monthDeliver monthly financial reports to ownership teamRecruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Slice N Roll, with a focus on finding and developing future leadersRecognize and reward excellent performanceQuickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentationMotivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standardsCreate an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail and friendly serviceContinue to mature Slice N Roll business operationsConnect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional mannerEffectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, restaurant operations, and moreControl labor costs by writing and executing an effective scheduleUnderstand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programsC&G BenefitsCompetitive wagesOpportunity to grow and advance careerEmployee meals discountsMinimum Job Requirements:5 years previous general management/supervisory experience5 years customer service experienceAble to lift 50lbsAble to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environmentFull-time availability with a flexible scheduleAble to work at least 50 hours per weekAttention to detailStrong organizational skillsPreferredReliable transportationDrive for personal career advancementSalary· Salary range is negotiable based on previous successful experience Company DescriptionPizza/Pub that is in our 3rd year of operation.
