About the Role The Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives that bring products, services, or programs to market efficiently and successfully. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Operations to align timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring GTM strategies are executed on time and with precision. You will drive clarity and accountability across stakeholders, mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans that support revenue growth, customer adoption, and overall business impact.Reports toStrategy & Business Operations ManagerPay ClassificationFull-Time, ExemptResponsibilities Own end-to-end GTM programs, translating strategy into coordinated execution plans across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer teamsDrive cross-functional alignment and accountability, serving as the central owner for GTM planning, priorities, timelines, and launch readinessOrchestrate complex, multi-stream initiatives (product launches, enablement rollouts, pricing/packaging changes, campaigns) to ensure on-time, high-impact deliveryEstablish and lead GTM operating cadences, including weekly execution tracking, monthly business reviews, and quarterly/annual planning cyclesPartner with functional leaders to manage resources and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving constraints or competing prioritiesBuild scalable GTM processes, templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve speed, consistency, and repeatabilityDefine, track, and report GTM success metrics in partnership with RevOps, delivering clear, data-driven insights to senior leadershipProactively manage risks and lead post-program retrospectives to drive continuous improvement across GTM execution and outcomesMinimum Qualifications EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field  Experience3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or high‑growth GTM environmentStrong expertise in program and project management tools (e.g., Asana) to drive execution, track dependencies, and maintain GTM operating rhythmsHands-on experience partnering with revenue systems and data (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to understand pipeline, forecasting, and GTM performance metricsProven track record of managing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and RevOps, aligning expectations and driving accountability through execution SkillsDemonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer teamsExperience working in a high-growth, private equity-backed environmentProven leadership in driving programs and initiatives—planning, prioritizing, communicating, and influencing stakeholders to deliver against GTM objectivesThrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the agility to adapt GTM plans as business priorities, market conditions, or inputs evolveAbility to operationalize and evangelize best practices, frameworks, and playbooks that improve GTM execution speed, consistency, and qualityCustomer- and revenue-oriented mindset, ensuring GTM programs are aligned to customer needs, adoption, and measurable business impactStrong organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsHighly collaborative approach, enabling productive working relationships and alignment with stakeholders at all levels—from individual contributors to senior leadershipBenefits Healthcare, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEmployer Paid Life Insurance and Disability InsuranceEAP - Employee Assistance ProgramPet Insurance401(k) Plan with Employer MatchingCompetitive Bonus Structure Home Office ReimbursementCertification ReimbursementPersonalized Career CoachingGenerous Paid Time OffPaid Office Closure December 25-January 1Vacation BonusSummer Hours About A-LIGN A-LIGN is the leading provider of high-quality, efficient cybersecurity compliance programs.
