You'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of modern web development and cutting-edge AI, creating scalable systems that transform how legal professionals connect with opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Product Development: Build and ship features across the full stack, from intuitive user interfaces to robust APIs and data pipelines, that directly support our mission to revolutionize legal recruiting.AI Integration & Infrastructure: Work closely with our AI/product team to implement and optimize LLM-powered features, vector search capabilities, and data processing workflows. Build the systems that make AI work seamlessly for our users, with an eye toward autonomous, self-sustaining pipelines rather than manually supervised ones.Agentic Systems & Orchestration: Design and contribute to multi-agent orchestration pipelines that operate reliably with minimal human intervention. We're building systems that think and act at scale. You should be comfortable reasoning about agent behavior, failure modes, and pipeline architecture at a systems level.Database & Search Architecture: Design and maintain database schemas, work with vector databases, and build efficient data pipelines that power our matching algorithms and search capabilities.Testing & Reliability: Own the integrity of what you build. This means writing comprehensive test suites, establishing testing frameworks that cover both traditional application logic and AI pipeline behavior, and integrating them into CI/CD workflows. A well-designed agentic pipeline is only as good as the tests backing it.Scalability & Performance: Own system reliability, performance optimization, and monitoring. Ensure our platform scales gracefully as we grow while maintaining security and compliance standards (SOC 2, data handling best practices).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Design, and legal domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Bridge the divide between technical implementation and user needs.Continuous Evolution: Stay current with modern web development practices, AI tooling, and emerging technologies. The landscape moves quickly, and our team strives to be nimble and adaptable.Qualifications:Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with modern web frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript)Database Experience: Proficiency working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with vector databases (Supabase, Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma) or willingness to learnAI/LLM Familiarity: Experience integrating LLM APIs, working with embeddings, or building AI-powered features is a strong plus. Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar is valuable but not required.Agentic Systems Orientation: Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks and agentic pipeline design is a significant plus. More important than hands-on experience is a systems architect mindset. You understand the principles behind building robust, mostly autonomous systems and can reason about how to make them reliable and safe.Testing & CI/CD: Demonstrated experience writing test suites and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Comfort establishing testing conventions in fast-moving codebases.Cloud & DevOps: Experience with modern deployment workflows, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Supabase), and CI/CD pipelinesFast-Moving Adaptability: Ability to keep up with rapidly evolving technologies and continuously adapt to new tools, libraries, and best practicesCommunication Skills: Outstanding ability to collaborate across disciplines, comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers and translating complex systems for non-technical stakeholdersOwnership Mindset: Comfortable in an early-stage environment with ambiguity, iteration, and end-to-end ownership of features and systemsPlease fill out this form for serious inquiries: https://forms.gle/ipXKL3zFsgAgANbW7
