The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.Essential FunctionsInspects components and completed work for proper assembly within allotted takt timeMeet production requirements related to all workflow processesDocuments work in production and quality formsParticipates in 5S and Kaizen initiativesAbility to use tools, fixtures and equipmentRotate through multiple job stations within the departmentMaintains clean and safe work areaAbility to follow written production documentation in EnglishTroubleshoot, rework, and repair assembliesLean training, Green BeltTrains and assists Operators to perform their dutiesFoaming, BasicSoldering and solid knowledge of IPC SpecificationsCircuit Board Rework & RepairSMT- Line set up, start up, and shutdownKey Performance IndicatorsAbility to perform basic math skillsFollow all safety rules and ISO requirementsWork with team members to maximize productivity and efficiencyFollow Lancer Quality PolicyMust be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.Education and Experience* High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferredPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
