We have plenty in store, from new experiences and enhancements to time-honored traditions that continue to make this lakeside retreat so special!We are now accepting applications for Bell Person here at Basin Harbor.A bell person (or bell attendant) acts as the first point of contact in a hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage during check-in/out, and escorting them to rooms while providing information about amenities. They ensure a positive guest experience through attentive service, often handling valet parking, transportation arrangements, and lobby maintenance.Basin Harbor conducts pre-employment criminal background and reference checks on all employees.RequirementsCustomer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, carry, or move heavy luggage (often over 25-50 lbs).Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.Logistics: Valid driver's license often required for valet duties.Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
